By accessing and using Sibyllon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Sibyllon provides AI-powered market prediction tools, technical analysis, and sentiment scoring for financial assets including stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, and commodities.

Predictions and analysis provided by Sibyllon do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Confidentiality

Keeping your login credentials private and secure.

Account Activity

All actions performed under your account, by you or others.

Breach Reporting

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Important

Sibyllon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service — including financial losses from trading decisions influenced by our predictions. Use the Service at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, designs, and trademarks associated with Sibyllon are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our algorithms

Resell or redistribute predictions without authorization

Interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though data deletion rights under the Privacy Policy still apply.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
